We have five recommended driving instructor trainers at
present, but with our expansion continuing at a pace we will need
ORDIT registered driving instructor trainers based in locations around the Country.
We can also provide the training required to become ORDIT

In this new age of CPD for every instructor.
It's our educated guess that the ORDIT register will expand rather too rapidly
and that there will be more chiefs than indians - with certainly fewer trainees
to go around! We are looking for ORDIT registered instructors who can do so much
more than get someone through the part 3 exam. We need our trainers to be able
to constantly hone the skills of our instructors. You will need excellent
teaching and coaching skills, a wide knowledge of the industry and an awareness
of the opportunities that exist for each instructor to develop their career
path.
You may want to consider our 'build your own driving
school' option. You train new instructors and add them to you own school.
Look after them, keep them within the company
and these instructors will earn you far more than over the long term.
