you.
If you can already
drive to some degree, a short course is usually an ideal way to prepare for a
driving test.
For beginners pressure is a
major factor in people failing their driving test after any course. However, on
a course squeezed together over just a week, you may find that 6 hours a day,
new things to get to grips with every hour and a test in a few days time doesn't
always work out as planned! As the name might suggest, the course can be a
little 'intense', and isn't appropriate for every pupil.
An assessment
lesson is crucial. It gives us the chance to see your driving and character, it
gives you the chance to meet your instructor, try the car, gain some confidence
in the Company before you part with your hard earned cash
We have found that
by doing an assessment lesson at least a month before, with perhaps a lesson
each week in the run up to the main course takes the sting out of the pressure.
Some people find that doing the main course a month before the test with a
lesson a week up to the test, with the option of a few extra lessons also
greatly helps.
If you pass your
driving test you will be offered the chance to do our Pass Plus Course which may greatly
reduce your insurance premiums.
However, if you
fail the driving test, we have instructors throughout Kent who can keep you polished up
until you get a second chance.
